Full Time Operation Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,900 in Everrise Departmental Store Sarawak - Maukerja

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure all merchandise prices are correct and properly displayed.
• To ensure no dented, rusty, expired or damaged merchandise on display.
• To ensure floor merchandise display and gondola ends are well stocked.
• To ensure Sales Assistant replenishes the stock on gondolas/shelves regularly.
• To identify and monitor on the fast moving and slow-moving merchandise.
• To improve the standard of display.
• To identify areas to improve and how to increase sales for the outlet/department.
• To introduce new lines or to replace slow moving lines.
• To ensure mark down items display stand out to attract customer.
• To entertain to customer problems at cashier counters and to ensure employee provide the best of customer service.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the management.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma, any field.
• Basic spoken and written in English/ Bahasa Malaysia.
• Physically able to stand for long hours at a time and complete repetitive motions
• Able to work on 2 rotating shifts
• 6 days work week including Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
