You’ll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants and gain hands-on exposure across talent sourcing, candidate engagement, market research, recruitment coordination and business support — while developing skills that can be applied across a wide range of career paths.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify relevant candidates and industry opportunities

• Engage with candidates and build professional relationships throughout the recruitment process

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and other recruitment-related activities

• Maintain accurate candidate records, databases, reports and documentation

• Assist with recruitment administration and day-to-day operational activities

• Support business development, market-mapping and talent-pooling initiatives

• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement

• Gain exposure to healthcare workforce trends and evolving recruitment practices

What We’re Looking For

• GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma or higher qualifications

• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, healthcare, human resources, business or related fields

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
