Full Time MARKETING EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Malayan Healthcare Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and create engaging visual and multimedia content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Produce photos, videos, reels, short-form videos and promotional materials for company and clinic activities.
• Manage and create content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar according to marketing campaigns and company objectives.
• Conduct photo and video shoots at clinics, events and company activities.
• Edit videos, photos and graphic materials using relevant design and editing software.
• Create marketing materials such as posters, banners, social media posts, brochures, digital advertisements and promotional content.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop content that is aligned with the company's branding.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, campaign ideas and content strategies.
• Monitor social media trends and identify suitable content ideas, formats and trends for the company.
• Ensure all published content follows the company's branding, tone and visual guidelines.
• Manage and organise multimedia assets, including photos, videos, designs and marketing materials.
• Assist in covering company events, staff activities, clinic activities and promotional campaigns.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by preparing suitable visual and video creatives.
• Monitor basic social media performance and provide insights for future content improvement.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, designers or other vendors when required.
• Perform other marketing and multimedia-related tasks assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, photography or videography is an advantage.
• Proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Creative, proactive and able to generate new content ideas.
• Good understanding of social media trends and short-form video content.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel to different clinic branches or locations for content shooting when required.
• Portfolio of previous work is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
