Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute video shoots for internal and external clients, including pre-production tasks (scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, scheduling, equipment preparation).
• Operate cameras and videography equipment; set up and manage lighting and audio; prepare, transport and maintain production equipment; travel for shoots and events when required.
• Produce various video content types (promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, news shorts, piece-to-camera, product videos, POVs, aerial/drone footage, TikTok/Reels, Instagram Stories, short-form content).
• Edit raw footage into polished videos for multiple platforms; add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, intros/outros, lower thirds, music and sound effects; perform colour correction/grading and audio balancing; create vertical, square and landscape formats; manage revisions and deliverables.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, translate briefs into visual content, suggest creative approaches and experiment with new formats and techniques.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams (marketing, creative, design, account management, production); present concepts and incorporate feedback; provide guidance to junior team members and freelancers.
• Ensure content is optimised for platforms, adheres to branding and technical specifications, and is archived and managed systematically.

Technical Qualifications & Tools:

• Proficiency in video production and editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with motion graphics, colour grading, sound editing, audio balancing, drone/aerial videography and photography.
• Ability to research/source stock assets when required and to learn new production and AI-powered creative tools quickly.
