Full Time Senior Statutory and Taxation Analyst Jobs, in Experian Selangor - Maukerja

The primary objective of this role is to support the UK& I and EMEA Financial Controllers to ensure all trading entities within UK& I markets are compliant from a statutory, tax and reporting perspective within the specified deadlines and managing external audit and tax relationships. This role report to the Statutory and Taxation Reporting (STAR) Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead statutory and tax reporting activities across UK&I and EMEA entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.
• Partner with regional controllership, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate statutory, tax, and financial reporting outcomes.
• You will oversee external audit and tax engagements, coordinating planning, execution, and issue resolution with internal and external partners.
• Strengthen governance and compliance through effective oversight of financial controls, reporting processes, and balance sheet integrity.
• Apply GAAP and IFRS expertise to support technical accounting matters, statutory reporting requirements, and continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• The role is high-profile with frequent exposure to external audit and tax authorities and senior management
• 5+ years' relevant experience in audit and controllership - Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant/CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW qualification or equivalent
• Experience in financial reporting for a complete entity, accounting standards interpretation, local tax regulations and managing external audit and tax.
• Good knowledge of Oracle OBIEE would be of an advantage - Knowledge of and experience using financial reporting systems (such as Hyperion Smartview), Tableau and Mint would be preferred
