Full Time BO Chargeman Jobs, in Camfil Asia Pacific Perak - Maukerja

Job Summary and Key Objectives
To ensure the smooth operation of the company by maintaining the facilities and building's infrastructure. To maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, overhead cranes, and facilities such as electrical, firefighting, water supply, sanitary systems, and furniture like rollers, doors, windows, auto gates, ceilings, etc. To ensure all JKKP renewal systems are followed as per schedule.

Key Responsibilities include:
* To maintain all facilities-related equipment and machinery to ensure optimum efficiency and reliability, as;
a. To eliminate repetitive breakdowns on all facilities machinery.
b. To reduce machinery and system downtime.
c. Yield and quality improvements.
* To implement and manage all facilities machinery maintenance programs and repair procedures to improve machinery efficiency;
* To carry out maintenance improvement plans from time to time;
* To monitor electricity usage and to record, update and submit all sub-metering records to the energy saving committee;
* To propose cost-saving projects, if any;
* To carry out building maintenance;
* To carry out troubleshooting works for any facility machinery breakdown;
* In charge of cleaners and gardeners to upkeep the facility compounds, restrooms, Office, HEPA production floor;
* Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy;
* Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP;
* To work closely with the local statutory bodies (DOSH, NIOSH, BOMBA etc.) to ensure compliance of the plant and machinery with government regulations and requirements
* To coordinate the renewal of JKKP inspection of factory & machineries - e.g. gantry crane & compressors;
* To conduct safety induction training when instructed or when the safety officer or ERT commander is not around.

Requirements
* Must possess at least a BO Chargeman Certificate;
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant facilities, including experience as an A4/BO Chargeman;
* Being familiar with electrical regulations and installation;
* Ability to develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, maintenance records, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and statutory compliance records to support regulatory compliance, legal requirements, audits, inspections, certifications, and submissions to relevant authorities (e.g., Energy Commission, DOSH, BOMBA, and other statutory bodies).
* Demonstrated capability in knowledge sharing, training, and transferring technical know-how to maintenance team members to ensure operational continuity.
* With good communication and presentation skills, and MS Office;
* Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English;
