ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and customer-oriented System & Technical Support Executive to provide support for our digital solutions, particularly mySMARTOH, as well as medical devices and equipment used in occupational health services.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, healthcare personnel, operations, vendors and the software development team to ensure systems and equipment are properly supported and operational.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily system and technical support for mySMARTOH and other digital solutions.
• Assist clients with system setup, user accounts, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic technical support for occupational health medical devices and equipment, including audiometers, audiometric/silent booths, spirometers and other related equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup, installation, connectivity, configuration and basic troubleshooting at the office or client sites.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, calibration, preventive maintenance and repair with authorised vendors or service providers when required.
• Maintain proper records of equipment inventory, calibration, maintenance, service history and technical issues.
• Handle and follow up on client technical support requests until issues are resolved.
• Coordinate software bugs and technical issues with the development team, equipment suppliers or technical vendors.
• Support new client onboarding, system implementation, equipment deployment and go-live activities.
• Conduct basic system and equipment user training, demonstrations and guidance for clients and internal teams.
• Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and updates.
• Prepare and maintain user guides, SOPs, troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.
• Collect feedback from users and recommend improvements to systems, equipment utilisation and support processes.
• Support management and operations in digital health, medical equipment and other technical projects.

You do not need to be a software developer, but you must be comfortable with technology and capable of understanding system workflows, investigating user issues and communicating technical matters clearly.

MEDICAL DEVICES & EQUIPMENT

The candidate may be required to support occupational health equipment such as:

Audiometer Audiometric/Silent Booth Spirometer Vision Screening Equipment Blood Pressure Monitor ECG Other Occupational Health Screening Equipment

The role focuses primarily on first-line technical support, setup, troubleshooting, coordination and documentation. Specialised repairs, calibration or servicing that require authorised or qualified personnel will be referred to the appropriate service provider. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with users, learning new technologies and ensuring that systems operate effectively in real-world environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates with suitable technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of computers, web-based systems, hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience with softrware testing, medical devices, biomedical equipment or healthcare technology will be an advantage.
