Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.
Conduct regular safety inspections at workplace & equipment, safety audits and risk assessments.
Leading investigations into workplace accidents and recommending preventive measures
Organize safety awareness programs, safety trainings and conduct toolbox meetings for on-site staff.
Participate in safety committees and other safety-related meetings.
Undertake necessary documentation, data, administration and communications activities.
Requirements:
MOM Registered WSH Officer.
Possess at least 5 years’ experience in Construction Industry and have experience in confined space works.
Able to work night.
Positive attitude, good leadership and communication skills.
Possess own vehicle.
