Key Responsibilities
• Prepare fillings and bake cream puffs according to company standards
• Ensure consistent product quality, presentation and food safety
• Attend to customers and provide friendly customer service
• Take orders, handle payments and perform cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, equipment and work areas
• Support daily store opening and closing duties
• Replenish products and monitor stock availability
• Perform basic sales reporting and stock checks
• Assist with receiving, storing and managing inventory
• Follow company procedures, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales and operational targets
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Management

Requirements
• Positive and cheerful attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Able to carry supplies and perform routine cleaning duties
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• No prior experience required – training provided
• Food safety/basic hygiene certification is an advantage
