Full Time Production Technician-Contract-West Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Production Technician
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Employment Type: Contract - 2+ Years
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end production activities, including material handling, fermentation, downstream processing, packing and CIP/SIP.
• Operate and monitor bioreactors, production equipment and SCADA/controls systems.
• Conduct in-process testing and process monitoring.
• Perform equipment cleaning, inspection, basic maintenance and pre/post-campaign activities.
• Complete production and equipment documentation in accordance with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Monitor inventory, prepare shift reports and conduct effective shift handovers.
• Support troubleshooting, deviation investigations, commissioning and validation activities.
• Participate in 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Comply with quality, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology, Biotechnology / Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in food, biotechnology or fermentation.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and food safety requirements.
• Experience with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC or similar standards is advantageous.
• Good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
