Full Time Sales Secretary Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in Carlton City Hotel - Maukerja

Reports to

Director of Sales

Responsibilities

Deliver secretarial support to the Director of Sales & Marketing / Director of Sales to ensure smooth daily operations

Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the sales team to support their sales activities

Manage incoming communications by filing reports, forwarding phone calls, replying to emails, and handling customer inquiries promptly

Conduct site inspections during the absence of the Sales Manager

Schedule and coordinate management meetings and appointments across various departments to facilitate collaboration

Arrange transfers for corporate groups and prepare welcome letters for long-stay guests and ad-hoc groups to enhance guest experience

Prepare confirmation letters for group bookings to ensure clear communication with clients

Generate and maintain an up-to-date client database to support sales and marketing efforts

Manage the flow of information and correspondence related to the Sales & Marketing Department both internally and externally to ensure effective communication

Perform additional duties as assigned by hotel and department management to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capability

Proficient in MS Office skills

Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines to support business operations

Good written and verbal communication skills.
