Assistant Booth Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Booth Assistant to support our daily booth operations. The successful candidate will assist with customer service, product arrangement, sales activities, and maintaining a clean and organized booth.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation and setup of the booth.
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and services to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable assistance.
• Assist with product display, arrangement, and replenishment.
• Handle sales transactions and payments accurately.
• Ensure the booth area is clean, neat, and well-organized at all times.
• Monitor product stock and inform the supervisor when stock is running low.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and arranging stock.
• Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the booth.
• Maintain good customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with booth closing, cleaning, and stock arrangement.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
• Basic knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
