Full Time Senior Facilities Engineer Jobs, in SSRV Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Building Services (M&E/C) systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facilities and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and engineering solutions for operational and equipment-related issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring breakdowns and system failures.
• Develop, implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Monitor equipment availability, reliability, breakdown frequency and maintenance performance.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, equipment history and technical documentation.
• Recommend repair, replacement, upgrading and lifecycle improvement of critical assets.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable statutory, regulatory, safety, environmental and client requirements.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, testing, certification and licensing requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, permit-to-work processes, emergency response and incident investigations.
• Ensure contractors and technical personnel comply with approved safety and work procedures.
• Provide technical support for facilities upgrading, refurbishment, replacement and improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, cost optimisation, reliability improvement and service enhancement.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to Facilities Engineers, Technicians and technical personnel.
• Monitor contractor and service provider performance against agreed KPIs and service standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years' relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property Management or Engineering Operations.
• Experience in managing M&E systems, maintenance activities, contractors and technical teams.
• Experience in large commercial, industrial, institutional or complex facilities is an advantage.
