Full Time Customer Service Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in TY INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.

• Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via various means (Emails/ Calls/ WA) in a timely manner
• Schedule arrangement for after sale servicing works & follow up through reminder calls or email.
• Review the service/maintenance reports and verify all findings, risks and recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries on repairs, spare parts and other services.
• Offering and sales of repairs, retrofits & spare parts.
• Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions / databases.
• Proactively monitor customer’s orders and resolve issues before it becomes critical.
• Work collaboratively with other internal departments to deliver customer’s request(s).
• Build, maintain good relationship with our customers and suppliers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years related working experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to speak proficiently in different language would be added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
