Full Time Head of Data Architecture Jobs, in Vouch Recruitment - Maukerja

We are partnering with a leading global insurance organisation to appoint a Head of Data Architecture who will shape the architecture strategy for a unified, scalable and AI-ready data ecosystem across Asia. This is a leadership role combining enterprise architecture strategy, hands-on solution ownership and regional stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define the regional Data & AI architecture strategy and roadmap, establishing target-state architecture and guiding major technology decisions.
• Own the architecture of large-scale Data, Analytics and AI initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, modular and production-ready.
• Drive adoption of modern cloud-native data platforms, including Azure/Alicloud and architectures such as Lakehouse, Data Fabric and Data Mesh.
• Establish enterprise-wide data architecture standards and governance, covering data models, quality, lineage, metadata, interoperability and lifecycle management.
• Lead regional architecture governance and teams, partnering with CIO, CDO, technology, data, AI and business leaders to drive consistency and modernisation across markets.

Requirements:

• 20 years of experience across Data, Analytics and Enterprise Architecture, including recent years in a senior architecture leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Data & AI platforms, preferably within Financial Services or Insurance.
• Strong technical expertise across Azure, Alicloud, Lakehouse, Data Fabric/Data Mesh, AI/ML, GenAI, RAG and MLOps.
• Experience leading greenfield transformation or large-scale platform modernisation across complex, distributed environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence, with the ability to operate across regional, local and global teams and drive architecture decisions in a federated environment.
