We're Hiring: Backend Developer – RF Protocols | Malaysia

Are you a backend developer with strong C#/.NET + C/C++ skills and experience in telecom/RF protocols? Join our team working on advanced network testing and optimization platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop telecom protocol decoders for LTE, 5G NR, GSM & WCDMA

• Implement chipset-specific ICDs for Qualcomm, Samsung & MediaTek

• Work with NAS, RRC, RLC & MAC protocol layers

• Develop throughput metrics such as PDSCH/PUSCH

• Build assignment orchestration and state-machine solutions

• Optimize SQL Server/T-SQL performance

• Develop geospatial/map features using TypeScript

• Troubleshoot customer-reported defects and production issues

• Support releases, documentation, changelogs and code freezes

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent

• Strong C#/.NET and C/C++ development experience

• Solid understanding of LTE/5G NR/GSM/WCDMA protocols

• Experience interpreting chipset ICD specifications

• Knowledge of SQL Server/T-SQL and telecom protocol stacks

Good to Have: Qualcomm/Samsung/MediaTek decoding, QXDM, Wireshark, TypeScript, network optimization or high-performance data processing experience.
