Job Description
Responsibilities
- Daily routine check/repair of M&E equipment
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance, Air-Conditioner maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing works
- Ability to identify potential issues and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV/VRF Air-Conditioner is a must
- Respond to emergency calls on critical services beyond office hours, i.e. on standby duties
- Attend to Tenant’s request and complaints when assign by Building Supervisor
- Site supervision of work carried out by contractors
- To take up in any ad-hoc tasks when assigned
