Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily restaurant operations and lead our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train and motivate restaurant staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and minimise wastage.
• Monitor sales, expenses and operational costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Implement company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct staff briefings and monitor staff performance.
• Assist with promotions and initiatives to increase sales.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
• Handle other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant/F&B management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive, responsible and hands-on attitude.

Salary: $2,800 - $3,800
