Full Time Patient Liaison Officer | Healthcare Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,200 in PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling and bookings efficiently.
• Handle financial and billing-related administrative tasks.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Respond to patient and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Process claims and related documentation.
• Support and coordinate public outreach events and activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish office supplies as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in frontline customer service and/or practical knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.
• Pleasant and professional personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented with a strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
