Role Description

The HVAC&R Freelance Sales Executive Malaysia role is a part-time remote position responsible for developing and expanding Incoair’s customer base in the Malaysian market. The role involves identifying and prospecting distributors, contractors, and project stakeholders, presenting HVAC&R solutions, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying opportunities, coordinating with technical and logistics teams, and providing ongoing customer support. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines, and report regularly on sales performance and forecasts. This role also requires building long-term relationships, participating in online meetings or virtual presentations, and ensuring that customer needs are aligned with Incoair’s product portfolio and service capabilities.

As part of our Southeast Asia expansion plan, Incoair Industries Ltd. is looking for an experienced HVAC&R Freelance Sales Executive in Malaysia to help us develop our presence and grow our business in the Malaysian market.

We are looking for a commercially driven HVAC professional who knows the Malaysian HVAC&R market, understands how the industry works, and has a strong network of contacts across the sector.

Qualifications

• Strong background and experience in the HVAC&R industry

• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian HVAC market

• Established connections with HVAC contractors, distributors, consultants, developers and other industry professionals

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience

• Willing to work as an independent / freelance sales professional

• Basic knowledge of PIR Ducting Panels and HVAC ducting systems

• Good understanding of HVAC products and applications

• Fluent English is a must

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, commercially minded and capable of developing business independently
