Full Time Finance Manager | Manufacturing | S$7,000 – S$9,000-month Jobs, in Beecruit Pte Ltd - Maukerja

We are partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to a finance professional with strong exposure to manufacturing finance, financial reporting, consolidation, costing and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities
• Manage financial and management reporting
• Handle sub-group consolidation and balance sheet reviews
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and operational financial planning
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, stock provisions and working capital
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Analyse revenue, costs and operational performance to identify opportunities for improved profitability
• Partner with operational and departmental leaders on budgets and business performance
• Prepare management, board and investor reporting materials
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Manufacturing-sector experience strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, internal controls, statutory compliance and audit management
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working closely with operational and senior-management stakeholders
• Leadership experience within a finance function

Salary: S$7,000 – S$9,000 per month
