• We are looking for a hands-on, highly collaborative Regional Restaurant Technology Manager to help enhance the lives of team members across 5,500 restaurants in Asia by supporting the rollout, adoption, change management and continuous improvement of restaurant technology.
• This role will partner closely with franchisees, BMUs, regional teams and global product owners to turn global technology products into practical market solutions that improve restaurant execution, productivity, team member experience and guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Market rollout support for Restaurant Technology
• • Support franchisees and BMUs in planning and executing restaurant technology rollouts, including readiness, sequencing, dependencies and execution risks.
• • Translate global and regional technology direction into practical market deployment guidance that operators and franchisees can act on.
• • Coordinate across Restaurant Technology, Operations, Digital, Data & Analytics, Security and vendor partners to remove rollout barriers.
• • Create simple playbooks, checklists, tech wiki and market-facing materials that make deployment easier and more repeatable.

• Change management, adoption enablement and issue resolution
• • Lead practical change management across markets by helping franchisees and BMUs prepare restaurant teams, communicate what is changing, and build confidence in new ways of working.
• • Act as a first point of contact for franchisee and BMU questions on restaurant technology implementation, rollout expectations and practical ways of working.
• • Support markets through pilot, launch and scale stages, escalating technical or standards questions to the relevant owners when needed.
• • Capture recurring market pain points and convert them into clearer guidance, improved deployment tools or leadership decisions.
• • Help build capability across markets by sharing examples, learnings and pragmatic solutions from lead markets.

Performance reporting and continuous improvement

• • Implement and manage clear reporting on rollout progress, adoption, use, benefits and risks across key restaurant technology initiatives.
• • Track digital and operational performance indicators linked to technology deployment, such as adoption, execution consistency, productivity and issue resolution.
• • Prepare concise updates for regional and executive leadership, highlighting progress, blockers, decisions needed and business impact.
• • Use market feedback and performance data to continuously improve deployment support and future rollout quality.

• Global product alignment and technology standards
• • Build and maintain alignment with global product owners on restaurant technology priorities, product roadmaps, deployment expectations and market feedback from Asia.
• • Ensure franchisees understand and meet required technology standards, including data, security, architecture and integration requirements for restaurant technology solutions.
• • Represent Asia market needs in global product discussions, helping shape solutions that are practical, scalable and relevant for different franchisee maturity levels.
• • Coordinate with global technology, security and product teams to resolve gaps, clarify requirements and keep regional deployments aligned with approved product and technology direction.

• • Regional Operations and Digital teams: connect restaurant technology deployment to operational priorities, execution discipline, team member experience and business impact.
• • Restaurant Technology, Customer Technology, Data & Analytics and Security owners: align deployment support with the right standards, architecture and controls.
• • Global technology and standards teams: represent Asia market needs, share deployment learnings and ensure global direction is practical for the region.
• • Vendors and implementation partners: coordinate issue follow-up, deployment dependencies and market support where required.

What We’re Looking For:

• • Bachelor's degree in technology, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• • 10+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant operations, retail technology, digital operations, implementation, transformation or a related industry.
• • Strong ability to work with franchisees, operators, technology teams and business stakeholders across different maturity levels.
• • Proven experience supporting rollouts, pilots, implementation planning, change management and adoption of technology solutions across multiple markets or operating environments.
• • Ability to translate technical topics into practical, market-ready guidance and simple executive updates.
• • Outstanding collaboration, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Preferred Experience

• • Tech-savvy and business-focused, with a strong interest in using technology to solve real restaurant operational issues and improve the day-to-day experience of restaurant teams.
• • Strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to executives, operators and franchisee stakeholders in a digestible way.
• • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.
• • Experience with restaurant technology, Smart Ops, IOT, digital performance reporting, business intelligence tools, project management tools or analytics platforms is preferred.
• • Practical, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
