Job Description:

• Prepare Project Execution Plan/ Logistic Plan/ Construction Plan.
• Project Controls including Contract Administration for Time Analysis/ Implications, preparing and serving Contractual Notices (Time Implications)
• Analyze, prepare and apply Extension of Time for Completion.
• Coordinate with Project Team.
• Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly project status (Site progress) to document controller for weekly/ monthly report compilation.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore’s Construction industry.
• Must have the knowledge using Primavera (P6), MS Project software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
