Full Time Customer Service Officer (Ocean Import- 5 days) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Salary: $3000 - $3500 + $30 Phone allowance

Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Location: Changi North (Company Transport provided at Tampines MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle ocean import shipments, customer enquiries, and bookings.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents, customs permits, invoices, and pre-alerts.
• Monitor shipment status and update records in CargoWise.
• Resolve shipment issues and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and support daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or ocean import operations.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• CargoWise experience is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and Microsoft Office skills.
