Full Time Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition Jobs, in MBSB Bank Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end talent acquisition function and ensure the organisation attracts and hires the right talent to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including talent sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management.
• Leverage a range of sourcing platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, internal career channels) to build and maintain a strong candidate pool.
• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive selection processes, including conducting interview, screening, and assessment.
• Create engaging and compelling job advertisements based on current job descriptions to attract top-tier candidates.
• Review employment applications and background check reports to ensure thorough and accurate vetting.
• Collaborate closely with the hiring department to develop innovative strategies to address talent acquisition challenges.
• Deliver recruitment reports and data insights as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Human Resource Development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR specialist functions.
• Experience in managing Corporate and Commercial hiring.
• Extensive experience in HR processes.
