Job Description

Responsibilities

* Serves customers by providing product information and resolving product problems through WhatsApp and Instragram

* Attracts potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting information about other products through WhatsApp and Instragram

* Follow up with potential customers.

* Update new product in marketplace & website.

* Involve in ideas contribution to improve customer experience.

* Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
