Job Summary

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Demonstrate high proficiency in financial modelling, planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis techniques.
2. Ensure smooth issuance of E-Money/Wallet and collections are collected promptly from IDs and agents.
3. Ensure all commission payments to distributors are processed on time, with sufficient cash flow maintained
4. Actively involved in global month-end reporting and analysis
5. Work closely with the local teams for new markets financial evaluations
6. Produce month-end reporting analysis for various countries and regions
7. Review and analyse current/new market profitability to management. Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, competitors analysis
8. Support Financial Control reporting and review of any other projects required
9. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through reengineering, value stream mapping and automation
10. To perform any tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 6 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a multinational or regional organization
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, BI, SAP, and Flex system.
• Willing to learn and capable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders across departments and multiple countries.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial management, financial analysis as well as familiarity with financial operations system.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modelling, performance management, and business partnering with senior leadership teams.
• Experience in the direct selling/e-commerce industry is an added advantage
