Join Our Team as a Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice) !

A Live Chat Agent is responsible for providing real-time customer support through online chat platforms. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience without the need for phone interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, or technical problems efficiently.
• Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company guidelines, scripts, and service standards.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive experience.

Details:

• Working Location: Bangsar South
• Working Days/ Hours: 8AM - 5PM, 12PM - 9PM ( 5 Days Rotational with 2 off days)
• Open to Fresh graduate!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
