Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Operate fixed shear equipment with stationary grab used to cut the process steel scrap.
Commit to plant safety procedures. Ensure all relevant safety measures are adhered prior to application of permit-to-work.
Maintenance activities and supporting plant operation to minimize downtime.
Assist in the maintenance of mobile machineries like Liebherr 954, Cat 336 Grapple / Magnetic and Volvo 480 Grapple.
Ensure 5S housekeeping to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the plant area including control room, lightings are all function, appropriate tools and equipment are in working condition.
Target for incident free and reliable operations, including timely and proper maintenance of systems.
Ensure tools and equipment are replenished timely, reinstated, and maintained.
Provide immediate response to incidents and emergencies.
Any job assigned by the Engineer and Manager.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Industrial Plant/Static Machinery Operator is a must.
Experience in Metal Stamping/Shearing machine operator would be an added advantage.
Perform Pre-Operation checks on Machine prior to Operation.
Able to follow Instruction and Production schedule.
Observe and follow Company Safety rules and Regulations.
Willing to work overtime.
Working Hours:
6 days workweek: Monday to Saturday (12 hours rotating shift work)
