CatVenture is a new premium, cats-only grooming and boarding destination opening in Kuala Lumpur, designed around feline wellbeing and exceptional standards of care.

We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused professional to lead our front-of-house experience. As one of the first people our clients meet, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, premium experience for both cat owners and their cats, while helping lead the day-to-day front-of-house operations.

• Lead and coordinate daily front-of-house operations and the team

• Welcome clients and deliver a warm, premium customer experience

• Manage bookings, enquiries, payments, reporting and customer communication

• Guide clients through our grooming and boarding services and confidently recommend suitable packages

• Support retail sales and maintain high standards across the customer-facing environment

• Strong customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience

• Proven sales and upselling ability

• Supervisory or team leadership experience

• Excellent people and communication skills

• A genuine love for animals, especially cats

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
