Role Description The TikTok Live Host is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam, responsible for presenting and promoting automotive parts through live streaming sessions on TikTok. Day-to-day tasks include planning live content, hosting engaging and informative live sessions, demonstrating products, answering viewer questions, and encouraging sales and customer interaction. The role involves coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to align live stream content with current promotions, new arrivals, and brand messaging. The TikTok Live Host will also help analyze live session performance, gather viewer feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence with clear, confident communication skills and the ability to engage live audiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, including live streaming features, audience interaction tools, and content trends.
• Interest in automotive parts or willingness to learn product details quickly to explain features, benefits, and usage accurately during live sessions.
• Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam on a full-time schedule, including flexibility for peak hours, weekends, or special campaign periods when required.
• Good organizational skills to plan live session topics, prepare scripts or talking points, and coordinate with internal teams for product and promotional information.
• Comfort with basic technology and equipment used in live streaming, such as smartphones, lighting, microphones, and simple editing or broadcasting tools.
• Previous experience in hosting, retail sales, customer service, content creation, or live streaming is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and responding to viewers respectfully and inclusively.
