Looking for an experienced BA with a must have downstream oil & gas experience either in a product or business domain.

• Strong experience working in an Agile product/technology environment with ADO experience
• Downstream oil and gas experience in product or business domain is a must
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional requirements
• Ability to work directly with business, product, engineering, architecture, and external vendors to clarify requirements and resolve gaps
• Good understanding of system integrations/APIs and ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive ownership — able to identify dependencies, risks, gaps and required decisions without needing continuous direction
• Ability to take an initiative from early discovery through refinement and delivery support.
