Execute daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations to meet service requirements
Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety to comply with health regulations
Prepare curries, gravies, sauces, rice, breads, and other Indian dishes with attention to quality and authenticity
Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels, and food wastage to optimize kitchen resources
Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain workflow and quality standards
Assist in menu preparation and kitchen planning to support operational efficiency
Maintain and properly operate kitchen equipment to ensure safety and functionality
