Full Time Inside Sales Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Infomina Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, renewal notices, and sales documentation.
• Support tender submissions and other sales-related activities as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, or business development experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
