Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate / 1-2 years experience in Calibration
• Diploma in Science and engineering or equivalent

Key Responsiblities

• Reports to the Calibration Engineer/Validation Manager on all matters pertaining to measuring and monitoring devices (MMD) troubleshooting, in-house and external calibration.
• To assist in planning and execution of internal and external calibration. Assist in coordination for all internal and external calibrations to be performed as per planned schedule with related user departments.
• Responsible in coordinating and conducting internal calibration for measuring and monitoring devices (MMD’s) that are subjected to internal calibration as per planned schedule.
• To update the measuring and monitoring devices master list, in order to reflect current number and status of measuring and monitoring devices (MMD’s). To assign new tag number for each new measuring and monitoring device (MMD’s).
• To ensure that all measuring and monitoring devices (MMD’s) calibration records are maintained, updated and archived in respective files.
• To maintain all documents related to measuring and monitoring devices (MMD’s) such as manuals, factory calibration certificates and data sheets etc.
• Comply and work towards company’s quality policy, health, safety and environment objectives and policies.
• Conduct in-house calibration lab maintenance and general housekeeping. Ensure the security of the in-house master calibrators and testing instruments and measuring and monitoring devices and related data/records.
• To strictly follow to safety regulations during daily work and adhere to safety precaution of each measuring and monitoring device (MMD).
• Establish listing for in-house master calibrators and testing instruments as reference.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
