HIRING: TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Technical Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end software solution implementations across financial and enterprise sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage complete implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, integration, testing, deployment & handover
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA & Support teams
• Manage integrations with Core Banking, ERP, CRM & Payment Gateways
• Lead SIT, UAT & regression testing
• Manage project risks, issues, defects and delivery timelines
• Lead client communication, requirements workshops and project closure
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• 5–8 years of experience in software solution implementations
• FinTech, ERP, financial or enterprise systems experience preferred
• Strong understanding of API, ETL/ETTL, data migration & system integration
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum & Waterfall
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana or similar tools
• PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with financial systems, collections or recovery platforms is an added advantage
