Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure projects progress smoothly and adhere to scheduled timelines
• Plan and collaborate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Monitor site progress and assess work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain safety and efficiency in work completion
• Adapt to changing project demands by performing additional duties as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of micropiling and geotechnical works to support specialized project needs
• Valid Class 3 driving licence to facilitate site mobility
• Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and manage site activities effectively
• Self-motivation, responsibility, and teamwork skills to contribute positively under pressure
• Capability to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Other Information

• Monthly Salary Range (SGD): S$2,600 – S$3,400
• Working Days: 6 days per week
