Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in architecture, project management, construction, or a related industry, with a background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing proposals, and supporting the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architecture, project management, construction, and property sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
• Generate leads through networking, calls, emails, meetings, and industry events.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable company services and solutions.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, networking events, and site visits when required.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations to secure new projects.

Sales & Commercial

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with management and project teams to develop suitable solutions based on client requirements.
• Support discussions on pricing, project costing, budgets, scope, and commercial terms.
• Maintain an updated record of business opportunities and follow up on the sales pipeline.
• Support management in achieving business development and revenue targets.

Business Growth

• Research market trends, competitors, and potential project opportunities.
• Develop and execute creative ideas for business development campaigns, promotional activities, events, and initiatives to generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Prepare regular business development updates and reports for management.

Technology & Technical Awareness

• Maintain a basic understanding of IT, software, digital tools, technology, or engineering concepts relevant to the company's services.
• Understand and communicate client requirements to the relevant internal teams.
• Support the presentation of technical, project, or digital solutions to clients where required.
• Interest in technology, AI, automation, and digital solutions will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business IT, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related position.
• Experience in architecture, construction, property, engineering, IT, or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of technology, IT, digital tools, or engineering is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
