Job Scope

- Provide comprehensive nursing care for inpatient ward patients.

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

- Ensure safe and quality delivery of nursing care.

- Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications and treatments.

- Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

- Support the Nurse Manager with ward operations and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• - Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
• - Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• - Comfortable working rotating 3 shifts.
• - Advanced Nursing Diploma is an added advantage.
