Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Microsoft Power Apps Specialist. The specialist designs, develops, and maintains Power Apps solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Power Platform solutions, and integrating Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and other enterprise systems. The role involves configuring data sources, building workflows with Power Automate, ensuring security and compliance, and documenting solution architecture and technical specifications. The specialist also provides user training and support, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and continuously enhances applications based on performance metrics and user feedback.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand requirements, and present solutions clearly.
• Candidates should possess solid Business Process knowledge to analyze workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and map requirements to Power Apps solutions.
• Candidates should possess Solution Architecture expertise to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Candidates should possess Cloud Computing skills, preferably with Microsoft Azure and the broader Microsoft ecosystem, to support deployment, integration, and performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse (or Common Data Service) is highly beneficial.
• Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and REST APIs is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to testing and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or other regulated industries is beneficial.
