Responsibilities
The Prosthetic Company is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the P&O space. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Healthcare Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients. You will be based at our retail outlet at Singapore General Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with the fitting of mobility assistive devices such as braces.
Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries at the retail outlet, providing excellent customer service.
Ensure stock is replenished and the inventory amount is accurate.
Perform cashier duties, including handling transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare or retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Hardworking and physically fit.
