Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, commercially sharp, and highly technical Product Specialist to join our growth marketing and commercial operations team. In this role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for managing the end-to-end operational lifecycle, technical validation, market enablement, and commercial expansion of your assigned product portfolio. Operating at the intersection of product engineering, frontline business development, and supply chain logistics, you will drive product adoption, manage complex technical documentation, and nurture key institutional accounts. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical product mastery with exceptional professional communication skills to maximize asset utilization, streamline client onboarding, and support regional market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day administrative and technical tracking of the assigned product portfolio, managing configuration logs, inventory thresholds, and commercial launch timelines.
  • Technical Enablement & Training: Design and execute high-impact technical product presentations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training briefs for internal sales desks and external corporate buyers.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Track, extract, and analyze regional product transaction volumes, market segment margins, and competitor pricing variations, compiling detailed performance dashboards for management.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary, high-touch point of contact for technical queries, material design variations, and quality assurance adjustments from global manufacturing suppliers and local corporate accounts.
  • Procurement & Inventory Alignment: Collaborate closely with backend procurement units and warehouse logisticians to synchronize product supply chains, manage custom asset orders, and eliminate shipping bottlenecks.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Audit product specification sheets, compliance certifications, and verification data logs to ensure the portfolio strictly aligns with internal metrics and regional statutory requirements.
  • Data Governance Adherence: Ensure all commercial data routing, contract processing frameworks, and customer registry histories strictly comply with corporate safety protocols and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related professional discipline depending on product focus.
  • Technical Proficiency: High competency in utilizing advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (specifically Excel for metrics tracking sheets and data models) alongside modern CRM or ERP platform environments.
  • Experience: Prior experience (2–5 years) as a Product Specialist, Technical Account Executive, Product Coordinator, or Sales Engineer—preferably within a B2B corporate enterprise, industrial distribution, or tech consultancy sector—is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional telephone negotiation etiquette and a diplomatic, collaborative stakeholder management style.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, intense attention to detail under tight project launch targets, strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and a resilient team-player mindset.

Pay: $5,600.00 - $7,800.00 per month
