Responsibilities
Work Scope
We are experienced in conservation, commercial, residential, entertainment and institution works.
- Architectural Design and Design Support
- Manage client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required
- Propose resolve design and technical issues during design phase, compliance and project execution
- Support project documentation, reporting and coordination tasks
- At least 2-3 years of local Architectural & Project experience
- Strong capabilities in design development and detailing
- Diploma in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology & Building Services
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, ArchiCAD
