Job Description
- Provide administrative support for finance operations and related activities.
- Coordinate and monitor finance-related requests, approvals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, expense claims, and reimbursements.
- Prepare reports, reconciliations, and other finance schedules as required.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external parties to facilitate finance related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.
- Support audits, process improvements, and other finance initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
A Successful Finance Associate Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/finance systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Permanent employment within the technology and telecoms industry.
