Job Description

Responsibilities

Export Coordinator /Rotating Shift - 5.25days /Up to $2,800 @Alps Ave

  • Preparing documents i.e Labels, invoice,packing list & workfile for labeling purpose.

  • Execution of awb (House Airway Bill & Master Airway Bill ) for shipment.

  • Ensure documentation are in order to meet the airline and custom requirement.

  • Coordinate with contractor for daily Export cargo and documents.

  • Monitor shipment status via Airline website and provide update to oversea office.

  • Provide reports for daily update.
