Our Associate Management Trainee program is designed to give you a 360-degree view of how the organization ecosystem actually works. If you are a fresh graduate or someone who is ready to take the next step in your career, this is the place to start!

Instead of simply doing dry admin work, our management trainees will get hands-on experiences in various core business functions:

• Learn how to handle both sides of the business. You will help drive corporate partnerships (B2B) and also learn how to consult individual clients (B2C).
• Chat with clients face-to-face, understand their financial goals, and recommend the right solutions to meet their needs.

Help out with localized marketing campaigns. You’ll get to use social media and design tools to create content that builds our brand presence.

• Work directly with senior leaders to look at market trends, improve our client pipelines, and support day-to-day operations.
