About DrScalp
A brand of AWHL. DrScalp is a Singapore scalp care brand with three clinics: Raffles City, The Centrepoint and 15 Scotts, and our own range of scalp and hair care products. We use AI scalp scanning to show people what’s actually happening on their scalp, then treat it. It’s genuinely interesting to look at, and almost nobody has seen it before.

The Role
You’ll own Instagram and TikTok end to end, filming in our clinics, editing, designing, posting, replying, and telling us what’s working. This is a shoot-and-edit role, not a scheduling role. You’ll be in the clinics with a camera.

What You’ll Do

Fim & Photograph:

• Run batched shoot days across our three clinics

• Film treatments, scan sessions, consultations, products and the team (always with consent captured first)

• Photograph products, clinic spaces and before/after series to our photo standard

• Screen-record and capture scalp scan imagery as a repeatable content format

• Keep the raw asset library organised, named and backed up

Edit & Design:

• Edit short-form vertical video: cut, caption, subtitle, music, colour

• Produce static posts and carousels in Canva or Photoshop to brand templates

• Resize and re-version assets for Instagram, TikTok, the website and email

• Basic motion graphics and text animation

Publish & Engage:

• Own the content calendar, planned at least four weeks ahead

• Write captions in our brand voice, with hashtags and alt text

• Reply to comments and DMs, and hand genuine enquiries to the booking team

• Liaise with UGC creators to bring in additional content

Report & Improve:

• Weekly numbers: reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, DM enquiries

• Monthly review of what worked and what to repeat

• Track trends and propose new formats

Who We’re Looking For

• You shoot and edit short-form video independently by phone or camera, CapCut or Premiere.

• Basic graphic design in Canva. Photoshop or Figma is an advantage

• You write clean, natural English captions

• You’re comfortable being on camera

• You’re organised enough to hold a four-week content calendar

• You’re fluent in current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends — formats, audio, what’s working right now

• You can turn a reactive piece around within 24 hours when something is trending

• You’re happy to work the occasional evening or weekend for shoots and events (overtime is paid)

• If you’ve grown an account from a cold start, tell us what you achieved

• Beauty, wellness or clinic experience is a plus, not a requirement

• S$2,500 basic

• Up to S$1,500 a month in performance incentives
