Role Description The Document Control Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur at Sunway Theme Parks. The role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating physical and electronic documents, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible. Daily tasks include receiving and registering documents, filing and archiving records according to established standards, and tracking document revisions and approvals. The clerk will support various departments by providing requested documentation, maintaining document logs, and assisting with audits and compliance checks. The role also involves monitoring document quality, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Documentation and Document Management to create, organize, and maintain accurate records and files.
- Candidates should possess skills in Records Management to archive, retrieve, and track documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and clarify documentation requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to review documents for completeness, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in document control, administration, or a related clerical role is an advantage; a relevant diploma or certification is beneficial.
