Responsibilities
Location: Marina Bay Sands (MBS)
Pay: $15/hour
Working Hours: 9:30am – 9:30pm (2 × 1-hour unpaid breaks)
Schedule: 3–4 days per week, including weekends
Dress Code: Black T-shirt, long pants, and covered shoes
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and e-payment transactions accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment
- Ensure accurate billing and issuance of receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
- Assist with queue management during peak periods
- Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail experience is required
- Prior cashiering experience and confidence in handling POS transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional grooming and customer service mindset
- Able to stand for extended periods and work long shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
