Job Description
- Manage and monitor export orders to ensure timely execution and delivery
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and review export-related documentation
- Resolve shipment and order-related issues to maintain service excellence
- Perform order processing activities in SAP/ERP systems
- Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, supply chain, or order management
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
- Good understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, and international trade processes
- Familiarity with export documentation (e.g., BL, SWB, COO, COA, MSDS, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List)
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working shift hours such as 10:00am-7:00pm and 1:00pm-10:00pm Malaysia time with hybrid working arrangements (3 days office, 2 days working from home).
